With a Ph.D. in experience, Harry has over 20 years of business experience in running all aspects of a management training and consulting organization including sales, distribution, product development, and international operations. His most recent position has been as senior vice president of a speakers' group where he personally managed the speaking career of Dr. Kenneth Blanchard, co-author of The One Minute Manager, among others. He has worked on special projects ranging from a special for PBS television, to worldwide teleconferences, to book publishing.
As co-author of FISH! A Remarkable Way to Boost Morale and Improve Results, Harry Paul brings the FISH! philosophy to life in a fun, dynamic way. The FISH! philosophy is based on Seattle’s Pike Place Fish Market. Despite working 14-hour days in cold, wet, and smelly conditions, the Pike Place fishmongers bring incredible joy, enthusiasm, and accountability to work every day and have a “Thank God it’s Monday” attitude.
Skilled at all types of speaking formats, Harry is equally comfortable with keynote presentations or hands-on workshops. On the platform, Harry mixes humor with his extensive business experience and loads of examples from other companies who have adopted the FISH! philosophy.
